Lisa Dixon is the owner of Harlan Sage, LLC.   She has 30 years of industry experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Supply Chain, Product Development and Commercialization on both a domestic and international level.  Most recently, she has been involved in assisting companies with the process of selling their business.  She is also involved in product development and commercialization of  multiple companion animal nutraceutical products. Previous to that, she was involved in product development and distribution of various products internationally.  She has extensive experience in the financial analysis and forecasting of costs and revenues for product launches.  She is a Certified Business Intermediary, an Accredited Business Intermediary, a member of the American Business Brokers Association, International Business Brokers Association and M&A Source, a mergers and acquisitions  organization. She has passed both the Certified Public Accountant Exam and Certified Internal Auditor Exam.

Brad Dixon has nearly 40 years of experience in Executive Management, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Utility Supply Acquisition and Demand Planning.  

He has provided Expert Consulting Services for natural gas utilities and Utility Consumer Advocates. His areas of expertise include utility operations, Distribution and Transmission Integrity Management, and gas supply planning and acquisition.  His background in executive management, field operations, accounting, customer service and financial analysis provide a well rounded knowledge base to assist his clients.   Most recently, he has also been focused on assisting companies with the  selling of their business.  This includes a probable valuation analysis, a detailed review of financial and operational information to aid in marketing the business.  We also work with buyers and sellers as they navigate through the transaction to ensure a successful outcome for all parties involved.

Brad is an Accredited Business Intermediary and a member of the American Business Brokers Association and M &A Source.

Dave Peirano's career in industry spanned 30 years and included production operations and supply chain management through all levels of an organization.  His background includes both domestic and international operations.  Dave has helped organizations navigate the unique issues of supply chain and manufacturing operations to optimize efficiencies and operating income, while providing exceptional levels of customer service.
